Email: For offering some premium features like “Ask Scholar”, user will need to sign in. This helps us contact the user easily, help quickly and solve possible licensing problems. We do not share this email account or any relevant information with anybody else.
Name and Photo: If user signs in using Google signin, app collects and displays the name and photo of the person associated with that email. These are also never shared with any 3rd party. The display of your name and photo within the app is just to make you feel more comfortable. It also indecates whether you're signed in or not.
Phone Number: We optionally collect phone number while user asks various questions within the app. The phone number is taken for direct communication or updating the user about the answer. This information is also not shared with 3rd party.
Location: We also optionally collect user's location during usage of location dependent prayer times or sending feedback or asking masala etc within the app. These location data are used for better serving of data/information to the user. We do never share location data with other parties.
Muslim Bangla app does collect anonymous usage data. This data does not include your original device identification numbers, or your personal sensitive data if it’s not directly given by you in an open form.
Usage / interactions in the application are used to determine what stations is being listed at most and which functions attracts the most attention so we can improve those sections. This information also allows us to be able to serve better features like listing most popular stations according to a specific region.
